DeliveryIt is the sellers responsibility to deliver the goods to the customer. It is the sellers responsibility to include the cost of delivery via their preferred carrier when setting the price for the product if required. Artipics does not charge the buyer for delivery of the goods to the UK. Anyone from outside the UK will be charged for delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to check that the goods are as described and in good order before signing any delivery receipt. Responsibility and ownership of the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. This measure is in place to prevent deliberate damage to the goods in order to avoid shipping costs, in such cases where the buyer wishes to cancel for reasons other than damaged or faulty goods. The seller must notify Artipics once delivery has been made. Artipics will then ask the buyer to accept the goods. The buyer then has 14 days from the date of delivery to accept the goods, make a return or dispute delivery. If no return request or dispute is placed within this period or the buyer chooses to accept the goods the seller will then be paid and the transaction is complete. ReturnsIf the buyer chooses to return the goods it is the sellers responsibility to check that the goods are as described and in good order before signing any delivery receipt. Responsibility and ownership of the goods passes back to the seller on return of the goods. If the buyer wishes to cancel the order after delivery has been made the buyer must cancel the order then return the goods within 14 days of the delivery date. When returning the goods it is the buyers responsibility to make sure the goods are covered against damage in transit by either insuring the goods or choosing a carrier that will offer this protection. PricingIt is the sellers responsibility to set the price of their goods. Payments to the sellerAny money owed to the seller will only be paid once the customer has accepted the goods or after 14 days from the date of delivery which ever is the shorter. Payments to the seller will be made 15 days from the date of delivery or once the customer has informed Artipics that they accept the goods whichever is the shorter. DisputesIf the buyer chooses to dispute the delivery of goods it is the sellers responsibility to provide proof of delivery. If a buyer claims that the goods have not been delivered and the seller has no proof of delivery the buyer will be refunded in full. If the seller chooses to dispute the return of goods it is the buyers responsibility to provide proof of return. If a seller claims that the goods have not been returned and the buyer has no proof of return the buyer will not be refunded. CancellationThe buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of delivery or prior to acknowledging acceptance of the goods which ever is the lesser. In the case of Cancellation the buyer is responsible for all delivery and return costs unless the goods are damaged or faulty. It is the Sellers responsibility to keep a receipt for the delivery costs, as proof of delivery costs are required to protect the buyer. Delivery costs will only be deducted before refund if Artipics has been provided with this proof.
